Dear Friends,

Thanks for taking the time to look at our website.  Ashbourne Swim Club would like to welcome you to become a member of our community.  Established in 1958, we operate one of the most spacious clubs in the North Delaware area.

Set on 6+ acres just off Darley Road, we’re handy to our friends in Pennsylvania being within a 15 minute drive of the Aston, Garnet Valley and Chichester areas, and less than a mile from the new Towns at Darley Green and the emerging Claymont area. 

Our pool’s unique filtration system provides clear water for your swimming pleasure and our separate baby pool has plenty of space around it so you can sit up close to watch your children’s special times here. There’s a playground area too.  We have a snack bar to serve up some simple treats like soda, candy, ice cream and water ice along with cold bottled water.

We have different social activities throughout the season for all age groups along with our Family Fun Day on July 4^th. Past seasons have seen us host live music, an all youth dance with DJ and video games and some Horsin’Around.

Our Dolphins swim team introduces children to camaraderie, sportsmanship… and fun!  No experience required, bring them out and watch the learning begin.  There are 6 meets in late June to mid-July, 3 home – 3 away at other local clubs, and the league championships are held right here at the end of July. If you just want swim lessons for your child once you become a member, they are available through our certified lifeguards.

We’d like to invite you to take the time to drive by our location and stop in to see what you’re missing.  We’re open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are waiting to welcome you.
